Sudden dental pain or damage can be distressing. Contact 270 Dental as soon as possible if you have severe or persistent toothache, swelling, a broken or knocked-out tooth, a lost filling or crown, dental trauma, bleeding or another urgent dental concern. Our team will ask about your symptoms and advise on the most appropriate next step. Where clinically appropriate and subject to availability, we may arrange an urgent dental assessment. Any treatment offered will depend on the dentist’s examination and your individual clinical needs. Contacting the practice does not guarantee a same-day appointment. When the practice is closed, or if you are unable to reach us, contact NHS 111 for urgent dental advice. Call 999 or attend A&E if you have a serious facial injury, uncontrolled bleeding, or swelling that is making it difficult to breathe or swallow.
